General provisions:
- “India’s Next MasterMind Awards” is a National & International recognition awards.
- The awards are open to India’s Spiritual Leaders Awards relevant categories worldwide and not limited to India only.
- Everyone must return a completed and accurate Award Nomination Form for evaluation process to begin. Incomplete form will be rejected without any notice.
- Individuals may nominate themselves in one or multiple categories. The nomination fee is ₹2,499 per category. This fee is fully refundable in case the nominee is not selected as an award winner.
Upon receiving award confirmation, winners are required to select one of the official PR & Branding packages. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the award, and it will be reassigned to another deserving nominee. Add-on services will be confirmed only after 100% advance payment. - In all cases, decisions of the founders and the advisory committee are final and will not be open to discussion, complaint or alteration.
6. If you are confirmed Award Winner, you will be contacted by the team as an awardee to pay for the event attendance & branding fee. This is the only cost that needs to paid by you. The cost is calculated based on expenses towards administrative costs, research team / post production team expense, and ground event costs. - If flying in from outside the country, the participant will borne the responsibility and cost of travel and accommodation and visa.
- Each participant is liable to maintain the technical rules of the event. In case of violation the participant will be disqualified.
- a) In the event of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances including but not limited to acts of God, social unrest, strikes, war, public health emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, or if the minimum/target number of participants is not achieved Manarah Edtech reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or change the date, time, and/or venue of the contest.
- b) In such circumstances, Manarah Edtech shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred by participants. In all cases, all registration & branding fees, participation fees, sponsorship amounts, and related payments shall be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including change of plans, travel issues, or force majeure events. Fees paid shall remain valid for the rescheduled event, and no claims for refunds, partial refunds, or credit adjustments will be entertained under any circumstances once payment is processed.
- c) In the event an attendee confirms participation and subsequently decides not to attend or withdraw from the event for any reason whatsoever, Manarah Edtech shall not be liable for any refund under any circumstances. In such cases, the award, if applicable, will be dispatched to the participant via courier. All courier, handling, and related logistical charges shall be borne entirely by the participant, and Manarah Edtech shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during transit.
10. a) Event organizers hold the right to use the participants’ photos, videos, social media links and performances for promotions and marketing purposes in any media now or hereafter known, worldwide. By attending the Awards and Event (either physical or virtual), you hereby irrevocably grant Manarah Edtech and to its successors, licensees and assigns, in perpetuity use of your photos and videos recorded at the event.
b) Participants are strictly not allowed to bring personal cameras, photographers, or videographers to the award venue. Manarah Edtech has a dedicated team of experienced and professional photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality coverage of the entire event.
Any violation of this policy may lead to immediate removal from the venue without refund, and the participant may be barred from using any unofficial content for promotional purposes. - Media and PR packages are subject to third-party timelines and publishing norms. While best efforts will be made, Manarah Edtech is not liable for delays or changes in external media scheduling.
- Award winners agree to post announcing their win in the social media platforms (feed/stories/reels) through their customized event posters provided and other event photos/videos/posters.
- Speakers and stage time:
a) All speaker opportunities are time-bound (as per package) and must be strictly followed.
b) The script/topic should be pre-approved by Manarah Edtech at least 7 days before the event.
c) Organizers reserve the right to modify speaking schedules based on the event flow. - To bring an additional guest at the gala awards ceremony, you are required to purchase a Guest Pass at the price announced and determined by Manarah Edtech to attend the awards event, unless otherwise specified by Manarah Edtech.
- No Refund Policy: There will not be any refund for any PR fees once payment processed, unless otherwise prior-agreed by Manarah Edtech, on case-by-case basis.
- Pass Policy: You will comply with the policies set by Manarah Edtech in all cases.
- The Nominees / Awardees are liable to:
a) Provide true and accurate details in the registration form. Providing false or incorrect information will lead to disqualification with no refund and banned from any participation opportunities in future events.
b) Responsible for the legality, originality, and copyright of the work and details submitted in their name on the form or otherwise.
c) Observe the rules, policies and procedures of the Event Venue including in relation to health and safety and any reasonable instructions issued by Manarah Edtech and/or the management of the Event Venue.
d) Carry valid identification document at the event.
e) Must not have any past criminal record.
f) Behave in a respectful, ethical, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the laws or regulations of the home country or of the host country or that risks bringing the Event or Manarah Edtech into disrepute.
18. Participants agree that they will not upload and / or distribute any document which is confidential, defamatory, obscene, breaking personal privacy regulations, infringing copyright and intellectual property rights, violating legal rights of any party or proprietary to a brand, an individual or a company (except for the person submitting the work in his/her/their name).
19. Manarah Edtech reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant and their guests from an event or online platform if they fail to adhere to the rules and guidelines set for the event, without any liability.
20. Manarah Edtech reserves the right to recover from you any loss or damage incurred or suffered by us, the Event Venue, or any other Participants as a result of your conduct at the Event or failure to comply with these Terms. In such circumstances, a Participant shall not be entitled to a refund of any Fees. - Intellectual Property Rights:
a) All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Event and in the Title and Content relating to “India’s Next Mastermind Awards” are the property of Manarah Edtech. We may provide a written approval to third parties, including Event Sponsors, to use the Content at our sole discretion.
b) Participants may use the Content (photos, video, poster) solely for their own personal use and benefit and not for resale, distribution or other commercial purposes.
c) Any request for permission to republish, reprint or use for any other purpose any of the Content or Event Marks should be sent by email to the Event contact.
d) All content, concepts, and materials associated with this event, including but not limited to photos, videos, posters, branding, and the overall event format, are the intellectual property of Manarah Edtech. Any reproduction, replication, or unauthorized use of these elements to organize a similar event or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. - Misconduct of Behavior:
Misconduct, including misbehavior or disrespectful actions, towards any member of the Aiwa Events team or fellow attendees, at any stage before, during, or after the event will not be tolerated. Such behavior may result in immediate disqualification from participation, revocation of awards, no refund and potential ban from future events. - Confidentiality:
Participants, awardees, and attendees are not permitted to share event-related concepts, designs, contact details, photos, videos, posters or proprietary materials with other organizations, individuals, or entities, especially those involved in competing events. - Non-Competition Clause:
Attendees, participants, and awardees are not permitted to use any aspect of the India’s Next MasterMind Awards & Conference, including its concept, branding, or media, to organize or promote their own events that compete with this conference. - Non-Solicitation:
Awardees and attendees agree not to solicit, poach, or engage with any attendees, partners, or vendors associated with this event or business for event-related activities without prior written consent from Aiwa Events. - Award Title Policy:
Awardees are not permitted to edit, modify, or change the award titles finalized and approved by Aiwa Events. Any promotional material featuring altered award titles will lead to disqualification and return of the award, and Aiwa Events reserves the right to revoke the award without notice. - PR Branding Fee Payment:
Further, all participants are required to complete the full payment within the stipulated deadline communicated by Manarah Edtech. In case of late payment, a fine of 2499 INR per additional day will be charged until the payment is fully settled. Failure to make payment shall result in automatic disqualification, forfeiture of all associated benefits, including but not limited to branding, marketing visibility, stage recognition, media coverage, and award presentation. In such cases, the participant shall be disqualified, neither be eligible to receive the award nor entitled to any refund or claim, and Manarah Edtech shall bear no liability whatsoever. - Legal Enforcement:
Any violation of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, loss of business, and reputational harm.
By attending or participating, you agree to these terms, ensuring the uniqueness, fairness, and excellence of this prestigious global event. - Privacy Policy
At Manarah Edtech, we are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all our users, nominees, and participants. We collect only the necessary data required for award nominations, event participation, and communication purposes, and ensure that all information is stored securely and used strictly for internal processing, jury evaluations, and related promotional activities. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal details with any third party without your explicit consent, except when required by law or for delivering promised services such as media coverage or award documentation. By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices outlined herein. - Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India only.
